I know drinking water is an important part of health- duh. But what I don't know is how much I am supposed to drink. I have been told anywhere from 8oz to a gallon (which makes me groan because I have the WORST bladder ever in the history of the world and willingly making me pee every 30 minutes seems like torture). But this is a commitment I need to make- a simple and easy place to start, I think. It will help me with weight, skin, and immunity which I need right now. So its worth a few extra trips to the bathroom I guess.
The best source I have found on how much water should be consumed is a water calculator. It finds how much you should drink a day based of of your weight, exercise, etc. I am 250 lbs. And lets say I am having a super lazy day and not working out at all. According to this, I should be drinking 133 ounces of water today or 4 liters. That's doable. Bottoms up!
